When You Can Request a Refund

Service Not Delivered

If you haven't received your analysis within 72 hours of payment

Technical Issues

If payment was processed but we couldn't provide the service due to technical problems

Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your payment
  2. Provide your name, email, and payment ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You'll receive confirmation via email once processed
  • Bank processing time may vary (additional 3-5 days)

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • If you've already received and accessed your personalized analysis
  • If you failed to respond to our WhatsApp messages to complete your consultation
  • If more than 7 days have passed since your payment
  • If you simply changed your mind after receiving the full service

If you've received your analysis but feel it doesn't address your concerns adequately, we'd love to hear from you! Instead of a refund, we offer:

  • Free revision: We'll update your analysis based on your feedback
  • Additional consultation: A follow-up WhatsApp session to address your questions
  • Credit for future services: If applicable
