How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of your payment
- Provide your name, email, and payment ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- You'll receive confirmation via email once processed
- Bank processing time may vary (additional 3-5 days)
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- If you've already received and accessed your personalized analysis
- If you failed to respond to our WhatsApp messages to complete your consultation
- If more than 7 days have passed since your payment
- If you simply changed your mind after receiving the full service
